1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8999u ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://8999u.org.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager at 8999u, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

8999u reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identification and proof of address — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawal requests.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at 8999u. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated throughout the account lifecycle. 8999u will not be held responsible for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate information, including misdirected withdrawals resulting from incorrect payment details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8999u login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 8999u support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its regulatory obligations, 8999u conducts Know Your Customer verification on all accounts. This process may be triggered at registration, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport and may include proof of residential address and source of funds declarations for higher-value accounts.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits at 8999u are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not impose currency conversion charges on PKR deposits. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All payment methods offered to you at the point of deposit are subject to availability and may vary based on your account standing and transaction history.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 300 per transaction.
• Maximum single deposit limits are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly upon confirmed mobile wallet transaction.
• Bank transfers are credited upon receipt confirmation, typically within the same business day.
• 8999u does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• 8999u reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request alternative payment methods if internal verification processes flag a transaction.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 8999u are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 3 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the account Cashier and may be subject to daily, weekly, and monthly limits.
• All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification before processing. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal of real-money balance does not require wagering, provided no active bonus is attached to the account.
• 8999u reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 100,000 per transaction or Rs 500,000 within a 30-day period.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8999u offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms displayed with the respective promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed KYC verification and who have not previously held a self-excluded status on the 8999u platform.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed with each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active is limited to Rs 500 per spin or per bet, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage per game category is displayed in the promotional terms.
• 8999u reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or refuse bonus eligibility at its discretion, provided that such changes are communicated to affected players via the registered mobile number or in-account notification.
• Multiple active bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly permits this.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the 8999u platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and specialty games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are governed by independently certified random number generation systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is published within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game round interruption, or disconnection during an active game session, 8999u's server logs constitute the definitive record of game outcomes and balances. Disputed outcomes must be raised with the 8999u support team within 48 hours of the relevant session. 8999u will not be liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity failures or device malfunctions.

8999u reserves the right to void any game round where there is credible evidence of software manipulation, exploitation of a technical error, or collusion between players in a manner that distorts game outcomes. Any winnings attributed to such activity will be forfeited.

8 Sportsbook Rules

The 8999u sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, international test series, T20 leagues, and bilateral ODI fixtures — as well as football, UFC, tennis, and kabaddi. All sports betting markets are governed by the following conditions:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet slip is accepted.
• 8999u reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds pricing is identified, where the event is cancelled or abandoned under conditions not covered by standard settlement rules, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation.

• Cricket match bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Weather-affected matches are settled according to the applicable DLS method result where declared, or voided where no official result is issued.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on the player's account standing.

9 Responsible Gaming

8999u is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower value. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or co-ordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform pricing.

• Money laundering or using the 8999u platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider for wagers that were placed and lost in a fair and properly functioning game session.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the 8999u platform — including but not limited to the 8999u brand name, logo, website design, game content, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 8999u or its licensed content providers. No part of the 8999u platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 8999u.

Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8999u platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and is revocable at any time upon breach of these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 8999u's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8999u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

8999u does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or telecommunications infrastructure failure.

13 Account Termination

8999u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, sustained inactivity, or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to 8999u's regulatory obligations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8999u support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

8999u reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or in-account notification no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the 8999u platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8999u holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes concerning account balances, game outcomes, withdrawal processing, or bonus eligibility — shall in the first instance be directed to 8999u's customer support team via live chat or email.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within 14 days of formal written notification, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with 8999u's gaming licence. 8999u commits to engaging with all formal dispute escalation processes in good faith and within the timeframes prescribed by its regulatory body.
